Maybe I'm doing something wrong. The top of my head looks like I haven't washed my hair in over a week and I just washed it with WEN last night. The rest of my hear is snapping off at the bottom. It feels like I have more dead ends now than when I started.
I can say that my hair is less frizzy but that is about it.
I will give it longer and see if anything else changes.
I went from being amazed to feeling so so about this product. Lets just say my before and after picture isn't going to be the overly happy one they show on the website.
I do not like most of the smells of the products but I did buy the Winter vanilla mint and I like it. It smells like a minty chocolate candy.

2nd use of WEN
I like the product still but I still do not like the smell.
I ordered the Winter Vanilla Mint to see if it is any better but was told it is back ordered.
I tried to cancel my auto shipping because I really do not like the Almond Mint smell and some of the products only come in that smell, that you get in the package auto shipment. They guy on the phone was very nice but he did his job in making sure I didn't cancel my auto shipment. He pushed my shipments back and did change the items I would be receiving in the next shipments.
I'm still thinking about canceling my auto shipments because they are going to send me 90 days of conditioners and I don't know if I will like the smell. I hate to get that much and not like the smell. That is why I told them I wanted to cancel the auto shipment and just buy them when I wanted them. They told me I couldn't be a member with out the auto shipments.
My hair is nice, so I don't know what I will do.
My frizz is down and my burnt spot you can hardly tell is there.
I will keep you updated on what happens and if my hair keeps getting better. :)

1st use of WEN
I have see the commercials for WEN and thought "Okay, what ever. Like that works."
I'm very frugal with my money and never wanted to potentially waste it on a hair care product.
Last year I didn't get It's a 10 all the way out of my hair, and I have a major chemical burn to my hair on top of my head. I dye my hair so I'm always worried about if my hair is going to fall out or not.
One day I'm looking at the frizzed mess I have been hiding for the past year and thought what the heck, I'm going to try WEN.
I used it last night and I can't say I love the smell of WEN I'm amazed that I work up today and it is fixing my hair. 50% of the looks of that chemical burn is gone and my hair is less frizzy when I woke up. I wasn't expecting to see a difference in the chemically burnt part of my hair, but the kinks seem to be releasing themselves. My hair almost looks normal again.
If WEN could do something to make the smell more appealing to me I'm sure they would gain a customer for life out of me.
I will post next week to say how my hair is doing. :)
